症状

Empower のメッセージセンターに下記のエラーが表示される

• The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred during reception（基礎になる接続が閉じられました。受信時に予期しないエラーが発生しました）
• Failed to connect to the instrument（装置に接続できませんでした）

環境

• Empower 3 エンタープライズ
• Agilent GC 7890

原因

装置本体の不具合

解決策

1. LAC/E、Agilent 7890 GC　を再起動します。
2. セットアップ中にエラーが再度発生する場合は、装置の不具合である可能性が高いです。
3. Agilent にお問い合わせください。
