事前設定ユーティリティでのエラーメッセージ「Failed to connect to 6890 IP address」（6890 の IP アドレスに接続できませんでした） - WKB79624

症状

• エラーメッセージ「Failed to connect to 6890 IP address <xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>」（6890 の IP アドレス <xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx> に接続できませんでした）
• Agilent 6890 GC システムを使用するとき、事前設定ユーティリティで初めて［Load configuration from GC］（GC から設定を読み込む）をクリックすると、設定は正常に完了する。［Load configuration from GC］（GC から設定を読み込む）を再度クリックすると、エラー「Failed to connect to 6890 at <IP address>」（6890 の IP アドレス <IP アドレス> に接続できませんでした）が発生する

環境

• Empower 3 エンタープライズ
• Agilent Instrument Control Framework v3.0 以降
• Agilent 6890N GC

原因

6890 用 Agilent GC ドライバーにより、Agilentpluginserver.exe を介した装置への接続がすでに確立されている場合、その接続を開くことができません。

解決策

• LAC/E を再起動します。
• 不具合 CRI-909

Error 10/14/2019 13:40:59 Ag6890GC 0 Winsock error number 10060. Could not establish low-level connection.
