症状

• ライセンスをローカルで有効化しようとすると、次のエラーが発生する：「The Empower database is not the one that hosts the license request file. You must select the database that contains the license request file」（Empower データベースはライセンスリクエストファイルのホストデータベースではありません。ライセンスリクエストファイルのあるデータベースを選択してください）

環境

• Empower 3 エンタープライズ

原因

Empower データベースの ID が、有効化ファイルに示されている ID とは異なります。

解決策

新しいソフトウェア登録ファイルを生成して、ライセンス付与を再試行します。ライセンス付与が失敗のままの場合は、Waters サポートにお問い合わせください。
