OALogin で、レポートファイルの名前が User Configuration（ユーザー設定）の設定で指定されているサンプル ID に変更されない - WKB8262

症状

• User Configuration > Edit Group > Rename Report（ユーザー設定 > グループの編集 > レポートの名前変更）：サンプル ID または生ファイル名に設定する
• レポートファイルの名前は Job Id.rpt のままで、サンプル ID または生ファイル名に変更されない
• User Configuration > Edit Group > Rename Report（ユーザー設定 > グループの編集 > レポートの名前変更）：User Defined（ユーザー定義）に設定する（これで、ユーザーはレポートファイルの名前を手動で変更できる）

環境

• MassLynx
• FractionLynx
• OpenLynx
• OALogin

原因

User Configuration > Edit group > Samples Per Batch（ユーザー設定 > グループの編集 > バッチごとのサンプル）が Multi-sample Batch（マルチサンプルバッチ）に設定されています。
 

解決策

1. OALogin で、Admin > User Configuration > Edit group（管理 > ユーザー設定 > グループの編集）に移動します。
2. Samples Per Batch（バッチごとのサンプル）に移動します。
3. 設定を Individual Sample Batch（個別サンプルバッチ）に変更します。

OALogin で、Admin > User Configuration（管理 > ユーザー設定）に移動し、グループを選択します。Edit group > Options（グループの編集 > オプション）タブをクリックし、Rename Report File（レポートファイル名の変更）のプルダウンにカーソルを合わせると、以下のメッセージが表示されます。

「Rename the report file using chosen method.

If using Individual Sample Batch, the selections Sample ID, Raw Filename, Barcode, and User Defined can be employed. If any other option is selected, Sample ID will be used to name the report file.

If using Multiple Sample Batch (regular batches), the selections Job ID, Barcode, and User Defined can be employed.
