GFPで Detector Setupを実施する方法 - WKB85964

目的または目標

• GFPで Detector Setupを実施する

環境

• Xevo G2-XS

手順

< リファレンスファイルを新規に作成 >

1. ConfigureメニューからReference File Editorを選択します。
2. Detector Setup (Leucine Enkephalin) を選択後、右クリックし、Copyを選択します。
3. Detector Setup (Leucine Enkephalin)-Copy という行ができますので、この行を右クリックし、Editを選択します。
4. Reference Compound名を Detector Setup (GFP)に変更します。

• この際、Leucine Enkephalin の 文字を GFPに変更し、 -Copy は消します。
• Detector Setup や（）など、その他の文字は編集しないようにします。

5. Polarityは Positive、 Modeは MS を選択します。

• Positiveの欄に 785.8426 と 1570.6774 の2つを 登録します。
• 785.8421 は 100%、 1570.6774 は 55％ に設定します。

同様の方法で Negative用の Detector Setup (GFP) を作成します。

6. 上記で作成した Detector Setup (GFP) を選択後、右クリックし、Copyを選択します。
7. Detector Setup (GFP)-Copy という行ができますので、この行を右クリックし、Editを選択します。
8. Polarityは Negative、 Modeは MS を選択します。

• Negativeの欄に 783.8270 と 1568.6617 の2つを 登録します。
• 783.8275 は 100%、 1568.6617 は 55％ に設定します。

 

＜ Detector Setupの実行＞

1. Intellistart で Detector Setupにチェックを入れて、Startボタンをクリックします。
2. Detector Setup画面は、以下のように設定を変更し、 Detector Setupを実施します。

• Reference Compound欄は Detector Setup(GFP) を選択します。
• Positiveモードの Mass(Da)欄に 785.8421が 表示されていることを確認します。
• Positiveモードのみ、Detector Setupを実施するため、Negativeモードは Do not setup Detector for Negative polarity を選択します。
