NuGenesis アーカイブエージェントのログファイルに表示されるエラー：「The socket connection was aborted」（ソケット接続が中止されました） - WKB59041

症状

• Empower データは NuGenesis にアーカイブされない

環境

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Empower 3

原因

Empower へのプロジェクトのインポート中に、「WatersService」サービスは実行されませんでした。または、SDMS DataExchangeService を実行しているマシンが WatersService に接続できません。

解決策

1. Empower サーバーで「WatersService」を起動します
2. Empower サーバーのファイアウォール（アクティブな場合）が、記事 WKB5512 にリンクされている Waters Informatics Infrastructure Reference Guide（『Waters インフォマティクスインフラストラクチャリファレンスガイド』）に記載されているとおりにネットワークポートを許可していることを確認します
3. 仮想マシンを使用している場合は、SDMS DataExchange サービスを実行しているマシンが Empower サーバーと同じネットワーク上にあることを確認します
