エラー：System Code (71) - No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time（システムコード (71) - これ以上このリモートコンピュータに接続できません） - WKB93563

症状

• 以下のエラーメッセージが NuGenesis アーカイブエージェントのアクティビティログファイルに表示される：

  • 「System Code (71) - No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept.」（システムコード (71) - 既に接続数が最大に達しているため、これ以上このリモートコンピュータに接続できません。）

環境

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Empower

原因

スキャン中のフォルダーの「詳細な共有」で、「同時に共有できるユーザー数」が 1 に設定されています。

解決策

1. NuGenesis に共有されるフォルダーの［フォルダーのプロパティ］を開きます。
2. ［共有］タブをクリックします。
3. ［詳細な共有］ボタンをクリックします。
4. 「同時に共有できるユーザー数」設定を、デフォルトの 20 に戻します。
