症状

• NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder フォームを開くと、次のエラーメッセージが表示される：
  • The file Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll cannot be found（ファイル Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll が見つかりません）

環境

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

原因

ドライブ:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder\Plugins には、ファイル Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll がありません。

解決策

動作している LMS サーバーから Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll のコピーを入手するか、Waters テクニカルサポートにお問い合わせください。

DLL をドライブ:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder\Plugins にコピーします。
